Concert Series FAQ

Click on the questions below to display the answer.

When does the show start?

Concerts begin at 6pm. Check-in will open a few minutes beforehand.

Where are my tickets?

Tickets are non-tangible. Please check-in by your name when you arrive.

I bought tickets for myself and some friends. What if my friends and I are arriving separately?

That’s cool! Please instruct your friends to drop your name at the check-in table when they arrive. And feel free to forward this web page to them so they are ready for the show.

Will tickets be available at the event?

Yes. Tickets can be purchased online until 3:30pm the afternoon of the show. Additional tickets will be sold at check-in starting at 6pm. All payment forms are accepted.

Can I bring food?

Yes. Picnics are welcome! We will have food trucks/caterers selling their yummy refreshments at each concert. But if you prefer to bring your own food or drinks you are welcome to.

Do you sell alcohol?

No. However, the jazz series is BYOB. Guests of drinking age are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy on the waterfront. All open alcoholic beverages must remain on the waterfront property. Please drink responsibly.

Can I bring my own lawn chair?

Absolutely! We will be providing chairs and picnic tables for all concerts. However, you are welcome to bring your own preferred lawn chair if you’d like.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to join you at the concert series. Please be courteous and pick up any droppings your dog may leave behind. If your dog is being disruptive or reactive, we may ask you to move or leave depending on the situation.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes. We have bathrooms on the waterfront available to guests. If you will require access to a handicapped bathroom, please ask a staff member for assistance.

What about parking?

Parking is first-come-first-serve. Guests are welcome to park in the Museum parking lot along Burnside Street. Overflow parking can park on the lawn in front of the Museum. Please be careful not to block in anyone else’s car. If both the parking lot and the lawn are full, we recommend finding street parking on High Street or Burton Street. Please do not park on the waterfront.

Can I buy tickets to other upcoming shows while I’m there?

Yes! Tickets to future shows can be purchased on our website or at check-in during the concerts.

Can I become a member?

Yes! Click here to sign up for a membership before buying your tickets. If you already purchased a non-member ticket and decide at a show to become a member, we can credit the $10 difference to your new membership in person.

What if it rains?

Concerts will be held rain or shine. Our waterfront tent will protect you and the performers from the rain during the show.

I’m a Sponsor/VIP, what should I do?

Please RSVP beforehand by phone or email. Or click the button below to send us a message.

At the concert, a staff member will instruct you to your reserved seating at check-in.
