Dan Moretti and the Hammond Boys featuring Sugar Ray Norcia
Dan Moretti and the Hammond Boys is a high-energy blues and jazz group that brings together some of the most talented musicians on the East Coast. Led by saxophonist and composer Dan Moretti, the band features the Hammond organ virtuosity of Dave Limina, the soulful drumming of Marty Richards, and the inspiring guitar work of Steve DeConti. The band is fronted by Sugar Ray Norcia, a celebrated blues vocalist and harmonica player with a voice that can move audiences to tears or get them up and dancing. Together, this dynamic ensemble creates a sound that is both classic and contemporary, blending the deep blues roots of the Hammond organ with the improvisational spirit of jazz. Their performances are marked by the musicians’ virtuosity and the intense energy that comes from their shared passion for the music. With a repertoire that spans from classic blues standards to original compositions, this show is a must-see for any lover of blues and jazz.
