By now Bill was determined to introduce the lads to the "correct" tools. Rick and then Eric The Ancient were first. Bill was absolutely correct. He's lend the lads the brace he used to build Noah's ark. Bill of course was correct! It IS much easier to screw a bronze screw in place with a bit brace and to "feel" the screw and wood - particularly important with easily broken bronze screws. Bill also touted that it was faster, but our old dogs just could not learn a new trick. Woof. Where's that power drill?
