The 2022 Annual Meeting of Members of the Herreshoff Marine Museum will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 5:30pm via video/teleconference for the following purposes:

·     To elect Directors to succeed those whose terms are expiring, and

·     To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

It is important that we achieve a quorum for this meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, please consider filling out and submitting a proxy which can be found online at www.herreshoff.org/proxy. The following Resolutions have been voted on and adopted by the HMM Board of Directors and are being submitted to the membership for consideration and approval at the Annual Meeting:

Resolved, that the following persons, each of whom has been nominated by the Nominating and Governance Committee or is a current at-large Director of the Museum, and each of whom have been recommended by the Board of Directors for election as Directors of the Museum, be and they hereby are elected as Directors of the Herreshoff Marine Museum in the classes set beside their respective names:
